MyCubaHosting is growing, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team. Whether you're experienced with servers or just want to help the community, we have positions available.

Open Positions

Technical Staff

Requirements:

• Experience with Minecraft servers (plugins, mods, configurations)
• Knowledge of Pterodactyl panel or similar hosting platforms
• Basic understanding of server administration
• Problem-solving skills and patience

Responsibilities:

• Helping users with technical server issues
• Troubleshooting server problems
• Assisting with server configurations
• Providing guidance on plugins and mods

Discord Moderators

Requirements:

• Active Discord user with community management experience
• Good communication skills
• Patience and professionalism
• Available for several hours per week
• Fluency in English (Spanish or French is a bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Managing support tickets
• Moderating Discord channels
• Helping answer common questions
• Maintaining a welcoming community environment

Community Engagement Specialist

Requirements:

• Creative and organized
• Experience with community engagement
• Understanding of reward systems and gamification
• Good with planning and execution

Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing giveaways
• Organizing mini-games and community events
• Managing the coin system on the current panel
• Keeping the community engaged and active
